Redesigned key scenarios for web and mobile platforms: registration & authorization, monetization flows, search, filtering, and sorting for resumes and vacancies, as well as employer/candidate profiles and contact unlocking. Developed a cross-platform design system. Conducted in-depth interviews with HRs and HRDs. Based on the insights, developed the "Buyer License" feature.
